1. How do I know what size to order?
Each product has its size chart included in the product gallery with measurements so you can see how the product scales so you can work out what size you should order.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?
For now Direct Bank Transfer and PayPal (possible to pay by card without having a PayPal account) are accepted. For people living in England payment via PayPal is recommended to avoid huge bank transfer costs.

3. How much does shipping cost? How long will it take to deliver?
Packages are send off twice a week. The shipping method may vary depending on where you live but delivery will normaly take up to maximum 2 weeks.

4. Can I track my order?
Yes, you will. After the package is send off an e-mail will be send to you with a tracking code. You can use this code on the carriers website to find out where your order is at any time.

5. Do I need to have an account to buy?
No, an account is not required but there are some benefits if you do.
We’ll save your addresses and payment method for faster checkout next time.

6. How secure is this store?
You do not have to do any payment transaction on this website. The payment transaction will take place on a secured page of the website of your bank.

Contact us if you do not see your country in the shipping list. We will see what we can do about it.

It will also be possible to ask for a delivery at a Freestyle Ice Skating event where XEO Lifestyle will be present. In that case you will see the possibility to ask for a delivery at an event during the checkout in the shipping choices. Choose the option for delivery at the suggested event and your order will be handed over to you on the date of the event. In most cases a delivery at an event will be less expensive, and in some cases even free, compared to the normal shipping fees.

8. Are there any import duties or tax?
Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the country you are in.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by XEO Lifestyle. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.

9. I’m not happy with my product/I got the wrong size. Can I return my order?
No problem, within 14 days you can ship it back to us. Please, look at the return form for information. Click here to print the return form.
